Here are some ideas for what clothing to wear whilst viewing during the colder/damper evenings

Many people like me dislike wearing heavy coats upon jumpers upon "vests", so what options are there.

First priority is keeping warm.

My preference is to wear a “T” shirt, followed by a “decent” not cheap fleece, it is no good buying a cheap supermarket £9.99 fleece to keep warm it doesn’t work, I find that Debenhams do a superb warm one for £25.

For outerwear as a cyclist I have bought my sons some of the following jackets, they are superb light weight and pack away more conveniently that Mac in a Sack, see the website for more information. These are perfect for night time observing as they keep you totally dry but not hot.
